"Extremely pleased with entire window replacement. We had 2 other window companies come out to give estimates. The companies sent out sales men, people who have probably never replaced a window a day in their life! With Action Windows, the owner of the company(Ken), came out and gave the estimate, answered the phone every time I called, and was at my home the entire time during the day of install, working at installing windows. The other two companies we inquired with would not take down my plantation shutters during window install as well as re-hang them. I would need to hire an additional company to do this. Ken at Action Windows took the shutters down and re-hung them with no issues. Ken’s staff was professional and worked hard. They are also his family members, very rare to find small family businesses these days. The other companies told me it would be at least 8-10 weeks before my windows would be installed.... we had ours installed in about 5 1/2 weeks."

During the visit I asked him a variety of questions about my attic space, roofing insulation, condition of my current roof, and concerns about water spots on the ceiling of my front porch as well as a question about my home addition. He answered all of my questions as well as some about the addition they put in. The answers really put my mind at ease and he did not try to push me to fix anything on the old roof or in the attic. A closet and the dividing wall created a small boxed in entry to the room, so I asked David to build and install shelves in that area, utilizing the divider wall and a closet wall. David did an excellent job, and the shelves have held a great deal of weight without sagging or showing any signs of stress."
