"-  Arrived at the appointed time with two men.
-  Draped critical bushes for protection and placed tarps on the ground as work progressed around the house.
-  Pressure washed the roof beginning at the top and working down. Exercised care in not damaging roof from the high pressure.
   (It was obvious the were experienced in working on and cleaning roofs.)
-  Cleaned the gutters and confirmed the downspouts were clear and functioning properly.
-  Went the extra mile in pressure washing walks and stairs.
-  Disposed of all debris.
-  When they finished, it would have been difficult to find any debris from the roof cleaning on the ground. No damage to plants.
-  They pointed out two areas on my roof needing caulking and flashing added. I will schedule a followup contract for the repairs in mid-May.
