"Quintana Roofing came out and replaced the roof of our 1960s home. He did an AWESOME job on everything. They replaced the  eaves & facia and an old brick chimny on the roof as we requested. He and his small crew worked hard and long hours - even on weekends. He is just as you read in the reviews here - friendly - on time and professional. He always was happy and he made you feel like you were important even tho he had other jobs going on.I really appriciated his communication with  us too - he explained everything - and made sure he understood what we wanted! He provided copies of Oregon's construction lien laws and our right s etc, They kept things cleaned up around the proerty during the roofing process ! They cleaned up really well at the end of the project too.  The roof looks great! <br /> I will continue to use him to come out and clean the roof and do any maintenance when needed. "Exceeded expectations, as usual.  A different bidder had said the entire siding on south side would need to be replaced.  JC, instead, scraped and sealed the weathered side and put an extra layer of paint on that and other places where the cedar siding was very rough.  It looks beautiful and good to last many a harsh winter.  The window trim was done expertly, also, to prevent water seepage.  He even painted the front door and the storage doors in the carport, plus the entryway fence -- none of which we had expected to be included.  And, as always, he left the worksite very clean and tidy.  Could not be more pleased!!!"

"We would highly recommend their service as they have the expertise, staff and equipment.  And, they can do composite roofs which we preferred over the popular PVC roofs.   Be prepared for pounding on the roof or preferably leave during the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof (if loud noises bother you).  Clean-up was excellent and the gutter company who installed the NEW gutters were excellent. <br />"

"They took care of the moss on the roof and cleaned the gutters. The work was completed in just over and hour. They also cleaned up all of the moss and debris that fell on the yard and porch. We had asked them not to clean the yard or porch because we would do it and save some $, but they did it and did not charge us extra. I would recommend this company for this type of work. Make sure that when you get a quote from them and it is itemized and clear."
