"The app is not easy to use if you make a change, and you can never talk to anybody, all through the app. I understand they want to streamline, keep costs down. The company is late, which makes me late. So I feel like I have to work around their schedule. Almost always late. Scheduling issues. Not sure what the problems are. I try to work around them, but it can cause me issues on occasions. Handy sends you a dozen text messages, but then they are late. I have like some cleaners better than others, but I wasn't able to keep them."
