"Aden Roofing is reluctant to honor their warranty contracts. They cleaned and treated roof in 2012 with a 5 year year warranty.
When we called September 2014 to have him retreat problem areas, we were told that they didn't have a 5 year warranty, even though we have the signed contract specifying the 5 year period.  He said he would retreat the areas in April 2015. He didn't call or come in April . We called the company again and was told he would come in June.  
 
When we called again to set an appointment he was extremely rude and very unprofessional wanting to delay until September, which is unacceptable.

They prioritized our roof, ordered the materials and replaced my roof in less then two weeks. The crew was very hard working and extremely fast. They worked from early in the morning to when it got dark,. They left my yard very clean. I highly recommend this company!!"
