Josh said and did what he was going to do even though I was skeptical from what other roofers were bad mouthing about AJ Roofing! The company replaced all rotten wood, upgraded ice & water felt and put in Pro-Architecural shingles. The company also re-roofed my garage, replacing the entire rotted out boards underneath the shingles! Truly remarkable transformation in two days time and before the weather changed! Haven't seen leaks but, if something was missed, I'm confident Josh and the office staff(Melanie & Abbey)will be attentive!"

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
