What they did start was substandard. He is on or was on Angies list as Building Resource Group, with a F rating. Division 7 is an inactive entity and isn't registered with Iowa Workforce Development. Anderson was claiming to be an Angie's list preferred contractor. They called him out on it and he didn't respond.
