Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Walker, IA

"Went great! Work was done for a great price and in a timely manor."

"I needed deck repair and new railings. After my first contractor failed to complete the job and essentially ghosted me for more than a month, I hired Phelps Construction to do the work. Less than a week later, the job was completed and my deck looks great! Alex kept me informed of when work would be done and most importantly, when he said, "The work will be done Friday," the work actually got done that Friday! Highly recommend."

"Bill was very prompt at coming out and giving us an estimate we couldn't quite afford a full deck replacement but he came up with a great idea that would keep us safe and be able to utilize his safety measure in the building of Our Deck next year. I so appreciate his professionalism and letting us know that there's other options than just you have to replace the whole deck I found his honesty refreshing and he is more than fair with his prices and a wonderful personality I would definitely recommend this professional to anyone for anything."

"We were able to get our doors put in the same week we contacted them. Very fast and friendly. We will definitely use them in the future!"

"Very professional!!  Provided the estimate the day after our initial contact.  Started the work the following Monday and finished on Tuesday.  Excellent job!!

"Jacci at last min notice took on the job last min for us. Talk about perfect lines and left the living room spotless when she left. Can't thank her enough! I highly recommend hiring her as I will again in the future! Thanks a ton Jacci!!"

"New walls were built using paneling that matched existing paneling.  I had asked for a 3-foot-high box with removable or hinged lid to be built around the sump pump to keep the cat from playing with it; Jamie recommend a closet instead of a box, which was acceptable to me, and will prove to be a better choice when I have the sump pump discharge rerouted away from sanitary sewer.
Sump pump failed overnight during construction.  I had not moved in yet, so I was glad that the workers altered me.  With my authorization they had a new sump pump installed, removed the soaked carpet, and ran dehumidifiers to dry out the basement.
One door was installed opening opposite my request, but this was too minor a detail to ask for a correction.
New doors and trim were stained and varnished, and all messes were cleaned up completely.  Very happy with the work.  Solar tube (skylight) in bathroom is wonderful!"

"Excellent service, communication and timeliness. Will hire again."

"all requests were completed beyond expectations."

"The service was good and fantastic. They were very personable, honest and very trustworthy"
