He walked my parents through what was necessary and made suggestions to address problems that had existed from the original construction. All leaks are fixed and now we can proceed with fixing the resulting problems, which Ed gave suggestions for how to fix and who to use, though he does not do that work any more. Their quote contains how much per foot they charge for dry rot repair. They were the only roofing company that emailed us our quote in a day. The others took over a month.
