"Our self-managed HOA very much appreciated CE's (especially Artem's) straightforward demeanor. CE was able to replace our roof that had apparently been done poorly during its 2005 reno. When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing. We are hoping that it will be effective but we do not yet know for certain until we get rain."

"Charm City Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and neat afterward. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and I feel confident knowing my home is well protected. I highly recommend Charm City Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch roofing services!"

"Good. They installed 2 layers of rebar and hydro barriers, gravel and lots of concrete. Thorough job."

"The service was great! Dominic, the owner, was knowledgeable and the crew of guys who replaced the roof did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!"

"Signed a contract to replace the roof, replace some windows, install new hardie board on chimney chase. The workmanship from all three crews was outstanding. All repair issues were addressed, and colors were closely matched. Supply issues with window materials and hardie board, so don't expect quick installation until after the materials come in."

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"After receiving a thorough roof inspection from American Home Contractors, I was informed that I needed to replace my roof. My inspection was performed by Chuck Fistek. It was detailed, photos were taken, and measures were taken to temporarily resolve the issues until the roof was replaced. I was able to schedule an estimate for the next day. I met with Steve Borsa. He walked me through the process, worked with me to select the appropriate (high quality) shingles, and even called my HOA to ensure that we were selecting the appropriate color. In less than week, I had a brand new roof! It was installed in 1 day and was a seamless process. I received outstanding service from both Chuck Fistek and Steve Borsa. They were both knowledgeable and skilled and made the process go very smoothly. They are a testament to the service American Home Contractors provides and you will not be disappointed!"

"I highly recommend Easter Exteriors! I worked with Chris at Eastern to get my roof replaced. He helped me navigate the process with my insurance company to get the replacement covered by my homeowner’s insurance (which I didn’t even think was something I could do). The roof they installed exceeded the quality of my prior roof and I was given numerous options for colors, with sample boards brought to my house (and left for as long as I needed) to see the color at different times of day and in different light. The material drop-off was smooth as well, even while having to navigate around large trees in front of the house. Roof replacement took only one day from start to finish with NO surprises. Clean-up after was thorough, so much so that the crew manager (David) came back the next day to ensure everything was cleaned up since the project finished just after dark. I could not be happier with the process and would recommend Eastern Exteriors without reservation."
