Joe made up a schedule and followed it. Whenever there was a change, Joe let us know what the cost impact would be before doing it, most things we asked he just did as part of initial quote. Did a wonderful job with a lot of tile work and all the Finish work needed to incorporate the materials we purchased. they were great about keeping our house clean , and cleaning up each night and when the job was completed. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."
