"I had my 1960s paneled and drop ceiling basement room remodeled. I cannot tell you how pleased I am at the upgrade. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. "After job was finished, I found several issues with the completed job. Had new bricks installed, the workers were sloppy with installing the bricks. Failed to install bricks over the door. Left the wood exposed. Had a new storm door installed in the kitchen. Was not properly installed, you can push the top of the door open with your hand. Requested something to something to be done with the wood molding around door, did not do anything. Having issues with my skylight. Final inspection was not completed by pro. Felt they did not respect my property. Although, job was paid in full, all the work was not completed. "

"Very positive experience from in person quote to day of repair. Everyone was punctual, professional, courteous and transparent. I was always asked if I had any questions. Was always notified by text or phone call on any updates. The shingle (front only) replacement took maybe 3 hrs. There was a team of maybe 7 people. There was a lot of debris but everything got cleaned up. And the project manager personally came back the next day to remove the asphalt stains on my steps. I would recommend."
