Energy services group was able to drill large holes in the ceiling & outside wall and spray in insulation. Then plug the holes and spackle. Replaced canister lights with led ones. They explained to my wife what they were going to do before it happened. Then said what they actually were able to accomplish. Great communication. Quick to schedule. Cleaned up after themselves.
