We were expecting to have to replace the deck but he convinced us it would be better, and more cost effective, to instead refinish the old cedar boards, replacing only a few boards--and he was right. He could have charged us more for new decking, but didn't--this impressed us. He's honest, reliable, and good at solving problems."

Their plywood replacement cost was also the most affordable compared to other companies. It took two and a half days to total to complete. They made sure the roof is covered up and cleaned up very nicely before they left each day. "Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."
