"It went very well. James Musarra is extremely easy to work with. He asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns. He came out to view the basement within 2 days and had a proposal for me within 2 days after. We were scheduled within 10 days and the work was done in a day with a quick visit from his electrician on another day to hardwire the fan. No mess, no fuss. There was no delay in my basement sheetrock project, as they were able to work on the other side of the wall where the fan went. The fan duct has to go above the roofline of my home and the placement that they chose was very unobtrusive. All in all it was a smooth, professional job. James always answered my calls or returned them the same day. As part of his service he includes a radon re-test to assess the effectiveness of the mitigation. I am happy to say the "after" radon level was 1.3 pCi/L."

He checked the septic system, insulation, signs of wood infestation pests, performed a water sample analysis and conducted a Radon emmisions test. He even followed up by returning to the property a few days later free of charge after I noticed something after the initial inspection. He made one of the most important steps in buying my first home stress free. He displayed a very good attitude which made him very approachable and easy to talk to. "Phil was great. The house was relatively new, around 22 years. We walked through and he did a good job explaining everything, and I felt he was thorough. We had purchased another house previously (Ridge Home Inspection, now retired), and I felt in comparison that his work and his report was more thorough. I regret a few things from our prior inspector, for example a horizontal hairline crack in the foundation that he noticed and commented on, but did not document. Doing so would have been helpful in documenting that the crack had not changed. I also felt our prior inspector did not spend as much time digging into issues. With Phil I left feeling more confident in the thoroughness, and his report covered all of the issues that were identified, with a good number of pictures. He also got the written report to me same day. He does skew on the side of caution (assume it's a problem unless proven otherwise / specialist investigates), which is also what you want as a buyer."

"I wanted to take a moment to recommend Jim for your home inspection, he conducted ours. He was responsive and easy to schedule and showed up on time to the appointment.  He was very thorough and  was not rushed.  From start to finish the inspection lasted approx 3.5-4 hrs.  He was able to answer most questions and injected a bit of humor throughout the inspection. He honored the angie?s list coupon that was offered during the time of our inspection.  The radon test was an add on cost (not included in his base price, but included in the price I paid listed above).  The termite inspection was conducted by another vendor but coordinated by him.  He did not conduct a mold inspection.  He did not get up on the roof to inspect the roof or the chimney, he did a visual inspection.  He turned the report around in 2 business days.  The pictures were good and the report was comprehensive.  The report also included a section especially for the attorneys, which is something I had never seen in a report.  All and all I would not hesitate to recommend him. <br />"

I contacted Mike and he scheduled to take a look within that same week. He examined the bathroom, the other rooms in the house and the attic. He said that his product would eliminate the mold without having to rip up all the sheet rock, etc. We scheduled a time for him to come back to spray the product and he arrived as promised. It only took him a short time to spray the house and I was surprised how much the mold disappeared that same day. We scheduled a second visit just to make sure the product hit all the mold spores and it seemed to kill all the mold without having to replace the ceilings and walls. Also, he has a guarantee that if I see mold re-surfaced at all they will come and re-mediate. Overall I think this was a good, cost effective way to eliminate the problem and the tenants have not had any issues since.  <br />"
