Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Wallkill, NY

"Moved heavy boiler up difficult site. Installed in one day. Very professional and patient in detailed explanations of complex zoning issues. Prices are high in Dutchess Co. compared to other areas of NY. I generally think plumbers are a safer bet for a maintenance plan and longer lasting businesses than most HVAC companies."

"Nate called me quickly after my request had been submitted for a replacement 40-gallon natural gas hot water heater. Nate made an excellent first impression; as I spoke to him on the phone, I knew he knew what he was talking about. The heater was installed that day with meticulous attention to detail, and the price was below the initial quote."

"Having experienced trades people who do not show up on time or complete work, it was refreshing to find a company that offers excellent customer service. The needed work was scheduled for the next day. We were kept informed of the anticipated arrival time. Once at our home, we were apprised of what work would be required. John and Zack went above and beyond by helping us with an additional plumbing job after competely completing the needed repair. John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner. It was obvious to us that John was mentoring his employee and imparting his knowledge in a manner that reflected his pride in his chosen profession. We recommend Newburgh Plumbing without reservation and are happy to know that there are still trades people who care about the work they do and want to provide high quality services for their customers. Kudos to John, Zack and the woman who scheduled the appointment."

"Hakeem called within minutes of registering my problem on homeadvisor. We talked about the issue and he offered to come out immediately, despite it being after 9PM. With no immediate emergency, we agreed for him to come the next morning. He was here at 8AM, surveyed my broken water heater and within 3 hours we had a new, gas, vented, water heater installed and running. Fast, efficient, good value - I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family and will call him again in a heartbeat for any future HVAC issues we have."
