After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. "After 20 years our espresso stained, wire brushed oak wood floors needed to be refinished, and some boards needed to be replaced. It was hard to find a company that understands what work goes into wire brushing wooden floors. Scott Schneider, owner of Old Tyme Floors, is the perfect person to do this work. His two employees Cesar and Alberto are true craftsmen. Their work is meticulous; they strive for perfection and are very knowledgeable. They sanded our floors, re-finished the beveled edges, and then wire brushed by hand. When we saw the original color of the wood we wanted to go with this look - Scott was always flexible and understood what we wanted to achieve.
