"Junior Green and his Clean Hands Painting and Construction crew did an excellent job saving our screened in porch. We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. In addition to his knowledge of good construction practice he also made our porch look beautiful. "Memorial Day weekend the light in my master bath fell and ripped about a 5 inch hole in the drywall. It also caused the large mirror over the vanity to begin falling, too. It became a reason to update my master bath ... but I needed it done quickly. After I had an electrician out to install new lights, I found David on Angie's List. I called him on a Friday and he agreed to come out on a Sunday to give me an estimate. He arrived promptly and gave me a very fair and reasonable price. He said he could to the job the following weekend.  

I cannot say enough positive things about David and his work. He was so professional and meticulous. He took care of every detail. He draped drop cloths through the house so as not to track anything between the bathroom and door. He put up plastic in the bathroom to keep the popcorn from the ceiling - which is so dusty -- from getting all over the place. He spent all day Saturday getting the popcorn down, filling the hole in the wall where the old light had been and resurfacing other pot marks and blemishes in the drywall. He left about 5 that afternoon and was back about 9 a.m. on Sunday. He said 'let's make this bathroom look like new.' And he sure did! He spent all day painting the ceiling and walls, only taking a short break for lunch. When he was done he cleaned everything, even sweeping my foyer where he had gone in and out of the house. 

I will definitely be hiring David again. Before he left I got a quote for my deck, so he'll definitely be coming back to restain and seal the deck.
