I recently had a friend who has been in the “roof sales” business beg me to throw him a bone to do a roof. Being the nice guy that I am I tossed him one. Small job, 1000 sq/ft single gable home. A complete nightmare from beginning to end. Shoddy work, the workman looked like they were on a work release program and conducted themselves as such. This company didn’t have the available cash assets to pay the dumpster company and as such they dumped the debris right in my driveway for me to deal with. Long and short of it.
