With confidence, we decided to proceed with BAU for the repair. Fredy Mora and his crew did exceptional work with the demo of the old concrete slabs and the prep for lifting, working quickly and efficiently. Kevin was an outstanding communicator, keeping us fully informed and addressing every question promptly. His attentiveness made a huge difference throughout the project, and we felt reassured every step of the way. Esteban Ibarra, a crewmember on the lift team, also did superb work, handling the hands-on details with skill and care. Both Kevin and Esteban even went above and beyond, taking time to fix a jammed bedroom door that had shifted with the house lift. "They took about 3 weeks to complete the job instead of 1 week. I have to call them just to push this project and to come along. I also think they didn't communicate very well in timely manner. I would not use them again. But I though the bathroom in then end was good. It's good except for one of the guys damaged the door frame in the bathroom it has a 9 inch cracked through the deeply in the wood. It was significant cracked and I reached out to them to fixed it and still they didn't fixed it. I also asked them for an estimate for the small kitchen work and the price was too high."
