"My wife and I wanted to change out 20 year old white tile kitchen countertops and backsplash. We read reviews from Angie’s List and other sites for various sites. AA Marble & Grant had top-notch reviews and we decided to check them out. They did an excellent job with providing their showroom with numerous granite, marble and quartz slabs. Phillip was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We provided rough diagrams and measurements in advance using their PDF file. We ended up selecting a granite top from Brazil and were very pleased in the color and stone quality. The pricing for material and installation was fair and reasonable. The contract agreement was a bit lengthy, but manageable and we paid a deposit of 1/2 the cost. AA scheduled a person to come by the house and perform measurements for the countertops and cutouts for sink and cooktop. We also were changing the kitchen island top and a butler section top. We had our white tile backsplash removed a couple of days before the templates were measure. After the template measurements were made we went back to AA to look at the slab with template pieces to see how it would look. Once settled on cutout templates, we scheduled an installation date. It took a couple of weeks to get an install date with the Thanksgiving Holiday coming up. Phillip at AA did a good job of calling with reminders before the install date. The installers were in time for the date and schedule given. They did an excellent job installing the granite tops and smoothing and blending the seam where two large pieces came together. We got an under mount sink which was cut in advance. The faucet and soap dispenser holes were cut on site. The gas cooktop section was cut on site. Nice job in measuring, cutting, smoothing out edges. A couple of minor nicks were made on Sheetrock while installing in a very tight spot. (These were spackled and repainted within a couple of days). We are very pleased with AA Marble & Grant from beginning to end. The granite countertops are beautiful. We hired Mauricio Campos recommended by AA to do prep work on disconnecting the cooktop and sink plumbing and reconnect after the countertops were installed. Campos also installed the new backsplash tile and did outstanding work. I highly recommend AA Marble & Grant for quality countertops."

"We had our countertops replaced by Blaine Construction they were very professional throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable and communication was very good. We have a large kitchen and they did an outstanding job the countertops look absolutely amazing. We will definitely use them in the future for different projects and would highly recommend them! "The company had the flooring that I wanted in stock. They provided samples, pictures, and a lot of useful info to help me decide on the flooring and to help in talking to installers about how to best install and finish the flooring, though they did not refer me to any local installers. Once we decided on an installer and were ready to go, we had a fairly tight timeline, which we made clear. The purchase process was easy, but unfortunately our flooring was not picked up at the warehouse on schedule for two days running, and no one notified us -- I had to call the company and get my contact to look into what was happening with our order. They provided a couple of options, and fortunately my installer was able to pick up the flooring at a local terminal, instead of us loosing several days of acclimation time over a long holiday weekend when no deliveries would be made. A lot of calls and emails were exchanged, but they did stay on top of things this time and made sure we got our flooring. The flooring was beautiful, excellent quality and very dry so that the needed acclimation time was minimized. Our installer was very happy with the quality also and the floors look amazing. While the material was not inexpensive by any means, we feel that is was really worth the investment in our home, and would be surprised if anyone else would have supplied as high a quality product for a lower price. Moreover, though it did take some time on my part, basically acting as a GC, finding and hiring an installer, materials, and making sure the material got to us, based on an initial quote we got, we believe we saved at least 25% of the total project over contracting with a local installer to handle everything."

"Claire and Nico, the owners of Amazon Stone were fantastic to work with.  The helped us get through a nightmare that we had with a previous contractor who installed granite countertops in our new home and did such a horrible job that they had to be completely replaced.   <br /> Claire came out for the estimate and agreed that the work the previous contractor had done was awful.  She even wrote a letter for me to that effect that we were able to use to recover a portion of our money from the other contractor. <br /> <br /> Claire and Nico were very responsive.  Once I agreed to a quote, we went out to their showroom to look at options for replacing our countertops.  (This was not an option with the other contractor as he just brought a few samples to our home to choose from.).   <br /> They were very sensitive to our hesitation throughout this process and it was very clear that they wanted to move methodically through the process with us step by step to make sure that we were completely comfortable with every aspect of the process.   <br /> <br /> We selected an exotic granite, and were invited back out to the showroom after the template had been completed to place the template on the granite with tape to make sure that we got exactly the parts of the slab that we wanted for each of our counter pieces.   <br /> <br /> The granite was installed, we were ecstatic with it.  Several weeks later we have not found a single flaw in the work that they did... and we were for it too because we are super super picky.   <br /> The install was flawless.  It was done absolutely perfectly and exceeded our expectations.  They cleaned up their mess after the install and we received a call the very next day to ask if we were satisfied.   <br /> <br /> I am a thrilled and excited Amazon Stone customer.  I hope to do business with them again in the future."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
