"Doug has been VERY helpful over the past 30 hours as we have had some challenging ice dam problems. (Certainly soooooooo many of us are having problems especially over the past several days.) At first I sent an email and then decided to call. He is easy to work with and very flexible. Doug suggested I send him a photo to better understand our situation. He indicated one of his teams could hopefully service us possibly Monday or ideally by Tuesday. Then, out of the blue, Doug called this afternoon indicating one of his teams was willing to service our ice dam this afternoon!!!! Miracles do happen. The team members were wonderful and ever so kind as I checked in with them. It was bitter cold with all of the wind we had. They were as patient as could be. I can't thank Doug and his team enough for their fantastic customer service"

"We had bad ice dams over the winter primarily in one location. I'm sure we could have gotten the entire roof replaced but the rest of the roof was fine. The bill was exactly on estimate, the work was done on time. When we asked the owner, Kevin, to come back and do a little more caulking he did so promptly and happily. We had the work inspected and the inspection passed. The roof looks better than when we bought the house."

With Nathan Knopp's guidance and support, we were also able to upgrade our gutter guard to a style/manufacturer that is better suited/engineered to our steep roof pitch for our designer lake home. I have to say that working with Nathan Knopp and Pro Tech was easy and very informative and my wife and I feel that we came away from this experience with not only an upgraded roof and gutters, but with a lot more understanding of how the roof and gutter system in our home works to protect our home from the elements. "CBS Complete Building Solutions was able to send out a structural engineer on the same day I requested it! Stephen Hammill (P.E.) came out, on time, carefully inspected my whole house, and gave me alot of new information about my house which was built over 100 years ago. He was able to find a small access point into the crawl space over the former back porch and figure out and tell me that the joists there went the same direction as in the rest of the basement. That information will be needed as I move towards having an outside, locked access door built, which he also recommended. That way the grade of the ground in there can be monitored and keep any water flow slanted away from the foundation. He said he would send me info on which company would be best for repairing cracks in my stucco that are bigger than 1/4". He suggested I could fill ones 1/4" or smaller myself. The main thing is I am no longer stressing that one corner of my house does not have a solid foundation. He checked for a concete pad under the foundation of the house at that corner and said it was there, but it had been put in above the freeze line. The old porch is made of wood, so the wood is expanding and contracting, depending upon the season. The stucco, which was put over the old porch to enclose and make a small room, does not move at all. When the wood moves, it makes cracks in the stucco. Moisture getting inside stucco is bad for it. Allie in their office was great and prompt, accommodated me easily on sending into to both of my e-mail addresses. Stephen was courteous about using my land line so I could hear better. Their license number and reviews and awards they have received is all right there on their website. Solid company. I was referred to them by a realtor friend who recently used them to start the process of getting some support headers installed at their place. Stephen seemed very interested in his work, gave me very careful time in all parts of the house, recommended some work in the attic too, for problem with ice dams I mentioned."

Derek came out to perform my roof inspection and then met with my insurance inspector. He had gotten both homes approved easily. Derek and his team assisted me with the whole process. Both roof installations were stress free. The roofers were friendly, courteous and answered any questions I had during the installation. They came back after the initial clean up to insure there were no nails on the property. All I can say is that I will never use anyone else other than Capital Construction. On time for each step, early starts to complete project before the heat of day. There was roof damage from the previous leak - he explained additional work, costs prior to proceeding. I was asked early to pick up additional shingles. He was respectful & plan-full to prevent interior mess of stuff falling in. Completed the process by reviewing warranty and any care questions I had. "We were selling our house. The buyer did a home inspection and felt that we had some hail damage to the roof. They followed up the inspection with a contractor inspection which also determined damage. I contacted our insurance company and they agreed that there was a claim. We had already determined a closing date and we did not want this to go to escrow, plus I was moving out of the state and the weather was terrible. The easiest thing I could have done was to hire the contractor that had already looked at the roof. They however had vehicle license plates from another state and caller ID from a different state than that! I contacted 3 companies of which Trinity was one. Understanding the situation, they were out quickly to look at the roof, came out Saturday to review the quote, put it into production that Monday, worked hand in hand with the Insurance company, did the beautiful installation in the 2 days it wasn't raining, and did a beautiful job of cleanup. I forgot to mention, this was a very large job. $40K. A 3800 square foot house/garage and a out building. This group was magnificent. They exceeded my expectations, and that doesn't happen very often.
