"The team they sent out to us was nothing short of AMAZING!! They cleaned up after a horrible plumber that left a huge mess in our basement and called out that plumber for not having a permit pulled to do the work in our home. If it wasn't for their follow through and attention to detail I might have had illegal plumbing left in my home. Also, the plumber screwed up so bad they had to come out on a Saturday in order to finish the job and they did so at no extra charge because they saw another contractor trying to take advantage of a customer. "This company is great!  While they were in my home they not only fixed what I asked them to fix, they looked at few other items on our HVAC system.  The best part is, the toilet on our main floor was not working, the chain fell off but when I went to put it on it would no longer reach.  I had no idea what would have caused that, so I pulled the back and left it off.  I came home after AQS was at our house, noticed the back was on the toilet and it was working.  I asked my wife if she fixed it and she said that is how she found it and assumed I fixed it.  Evidently, the AQS Tec noticed it was not working and took it upon himself to fix it.  I love it!  I also own a service company in the Twin Cites so I know they are a great company when their Team does something like that.
