Miguel did the stucco on the front of my home in 2019 and came back in 2025 to do touch up work after I had a new roof put on. Miguel even took my call to do this repair work while he was on vacation. Miguel takes his business very seriously and is anxious to please his customers anyway he can. Miguel went out of his way to adhere to my crazy schedule and did so happily. I could not be happier with the new look of my home or that Miguel was able to flawlessly match the original stucco when repair work was needed. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Went perfectly. Carlos arrived on time for the estimate, gave us a proposal in writing and showed us photos of past jobs he had done. We said we needed to sleep on the bid and we hired him the next day. He showed up the day he said he would a little early and he and his partner looked professional and ready to go. They worked hard all day with only a 45 minute lunch. The job was hard and required lots of sanding, patching and spraying of many coats of paint. They finished and cleaned everything perfectly. This is now the most beautiful room in the house. Carlos should really come back and photograph this room for his portfolio."
