"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"For the shop project, he helped me conceptualize the dimensions, materials, timeframe, and finances beforehand which was a great help and he even found a way for me to reduce expenses by working on the project along with the crew. He provided much of the materials because he has access to lumber from his own forestry projects and worked with several design changes that I had over the course of the project. He suggested a couple of upgrades to the project that I'm glad I did and suggested some cost savings that I often didn't choose but appreciated his suggestions. He's very dependable and trustworthy and a strong manager...his crew seems to really like and respect him and they work well together. In addition to managing, he plugs right in with the work and is very capable and talented. For the chainsaw work, he's safe and very efficient. He's got a lot of forestry experience and can really offer in this area. He was able to turn the wood into lumber and put it to good use where many other people would just dump it or burn it.
