"Selection of this contractor went smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was considerably less than another contractor using the same CertainTeed roofing system. I do not select on cost alone. I got quotes from 3 other companies. Normal estimate was using the Landmark Pro shingles, also was given estimate for the Landmark shingles when I mentioned budget constraints and my longevity, I’m a senior citizen. Left me info on the CertainTeed system materials and installation. When I decided on the Landmark did not try to convince me to rethink choosing Landmark Pro. On date of install they arrived around 7:15 but said they wouldn’t begin work until 8 so not to disturb neighbors. Considerate, I live in a over 55 development. They worked quickly and professionally, first hanging tarps to collect debris and stripping roof. Crew moved along quickly. Needed to replace some decking around vents,which they did at no up charge. Owner, Luis Castro, stopped by from another job to check work even going up on roof to inspect. Left me his card and told me to call with questions or concerns. Cleanup was amazing. Left my property as if they never were here! This was one concern as other roofer,s doing work in neighborhood have left blown debris and nails in street. They did not. Debris that was wind blown into neighbors yard was retrieved. Also in quote was to reroof shed and install gutters and downspouts at front of house. Shingles were underestimated including shed so they applied the DiamondDeck underlayment and drip edge and were back next non rain day to finish shed. I was amazed at the proficiency and speed work was completed. I highly recommend this company and already have to a neighbor. Very professional, supervisor answered any questions I asked, courteous and treated my job as if it was their own. Crew was very proficient. Owner should be proud. I was satisfied with all aspects of project."

"I had them completely the siding and roof on the backside of my house, which included a very tall/high chimney. They also touched up other trim work around the house and painted everything to match my existing trim. They really did a great job. The workmanship was great, the follow - up and customer services was superior. I will definitely use them again They really are the best company I’ve dealt with in years! "Andy picked up right away when I called to ask if he could take a look at my roof which had developed a tiny leak the night before. He said he could come out the very same day. When he arrived a few hours later he told me the roof was in good shape and should last another 7 years or so (the roof is 20 years old). The leak was being caused by a pipe boot which had deteriorated. He told me he'd get back to me later in the day with an estimate to replace the boots as well as to clean moss which had grown in a few areas. He ended up calling back a few hours later to say he could come out and replace the boots in an hour (he could schedule the roof cleaning within the next few weeks). So by the end of the day on the day I called he made the repair. He carefully explained what had to be done and how to do it properly and thought to use extra shingles I had stored in the basement. He was extremely nice, courteous, prompt and professional. He provided top notch service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

"My choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. We highly recommend Alliance."

"I contacted Dave based on his amazing reviews on Angie's List and he did not disappoint. After some strong windstorms a couple months back, I was finding some shingle pieces on my lawn. I became concerned as my roof is now 20 years old and called a couple roofers. I initially left Dave a voice mail and he called me back promptly and arranged a time to come out. A roofer from another company that I called randomly showed up at my house a half hour before Dave. That gentleman did not get on my roof and quickly wrote me up a quote for full roof replacement for 17k. Dave arrived son thereafter and immediately said "you don't need a new roof." He took out his ladder and actually did an inspection of my roof. He suggested that he replace some shingles that needed replacement and wrote me up a quote for $350. He promised to come back in a couple weeks to do the work. As promised, he texted me in a couple weeks and arrived at the scheduled day and time. You can't even tell the crew had been here after they left. First of all the shingles were a perfect match to my existing 20 year old shingles and secondly there wasn't a speck of debris left behind. Dave called me outside to chat afterwards and then only charged me $300. I highly recommend using Dave and his crew for your roof. He is the kind of guy that you hope to be able to hire for every trade. Honest, reliable and does a great job. Thank you Dave!"
