"Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles, tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants. They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights, meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles, trim boards, tar paper, all nails pulled, wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter, cables, etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. We will not hesitate to call them again. Sincerely, Keith & Jo Beadling"

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"They were very professional, came on time and left work site clean every day. After seeing how great their work was on the siding we hired them to refurbish and paint a large deck and a fence around hot tub. Highly recommended."

"While they were not able to do this particular job, the representative who came out (Jose) was on time, professional and thorough. He gave me some tips and even flew his drone up to get a close look at the needed repairs on the chimney. I would definitely consider them for future roofing/siding needs."

"The crew was great. The siding was installed properly, they cleaned up the site daily. I would highly recommend them."

"I worked with Paul and his Picture Perfect Painting & Construction team over several months, beginning in late Fall 2023, as he sided, upgraded decks, replaced windows and finally came inside and repaired an aging staircase, added baseboards and crown molding throughout two floors, and painted all the rooms in my house. Paul is a skilled craftsman who treated my house with care and respect as if it were his own home. Paul replaced the red cedar shingles on my 100-year-old house with CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Triple 5 Inch Straight Edge Sawmill Siding this past winter. The siding is stunning and when I drive up to my house, I am delighted at how beautiful the house looks and how happy it makes me to see the quality workmanship. Paul is fair-minded, honest, hard-working and has an artistic and keen eye for what will most enhance a house and home. He is easy to work with, puts the clientâ s needs first, and responds to questions by carefully listening and then offering a variety of approaches. Paul loves his work and the transformation he can create with the products that he uses. Paul was always on site when the work was being done. His enthusiasm and focus makes the process of â home improvementâ manageable! I will hire Paul again and am happy to recommend him to others. I am available to answer specific questions about the quality of Paulâ s work and can be reached at m_navillus@yahoo.com."
