"Their salesperson arrived promptly and provided me with a lot of information about their process. An estimate followed promptly as well. I own a condominium unit in an aging community (the infrastructure, not necessarily the residents). As a result there is a lot of concrete work to be done. The board decided to have one slab done with this process and see if it was something we wanted to use in the future. The first time the technicians arrived they were a day late with no call. An emergency had arisen on their previous job and I was only informed when I called and was asked why I had waited until the end of the work day to call. When they did arrive the next day they worked on the slab but were not able to level it. I was told they could put the trip hazard in a less conspicuous area but couldn't eliminate it. They had to come back to seal the joints so I agreed to see what the slab looked like at that time. By the next day the slab had sunk and the trip hazard was as bad as before. I called, spoke to a project manager and expressed my dissatisfaction. When the the crew returned I was offered the same excuses for not being able to level the slab and again an attempt was made to put the trip hazard in a less conspicuous corner of the slab where proximity to a shrub made walking over the hazard less likely. After several more days the slab had again settled. I called and reminded the project manager that they guaranteed no more that 1/4" settlement and that my job had never achieved that level to begin with. A crew was sent out a third time this time with a technical supervisor. Again the slab was raised, the same excuses were offered and the trip hazard remained in the least dangerous place. After a couple of weeks the slab now seems stable if not level. Quality 1st is a victim of their own promotional materials. They promise far more than they were able to accomplish in my situation. They showed driveway slabs, factory floors etc. being leveled perfectly with their process. My job, a single slab of a sidewalk, couldn't be managed. The community will not be using this process or this company in the future."

"We had 2 foundation cracks running from corner of basement window to the floor. Their recommendation was not to just fill in the cracks, as others suggested, but to also reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation with a solid steel plate bolted over the repaired crack. That approach made much more sense to me than the other recommendations I'd received. I hired them and they were onsite within 2 days and completed all work in a single day. We've since had excessive rain and the repairs have held up and the basement is still dry."

"They came out and gave me a quote pretty quickly and repaired at 35 ft fence in a few hours at a fair price."

"The job/work couldn’t have went any better and smoother then it did, not to mention the cleanliness and customer service provided from beginning to end went above and beyond my expectations. Inside my basement they made sure objects and furniture were moved out of the way of the working area and covered for protection. They also made sure the walkways and paths used to remove debris out of the basement and new materiel into the basement were covered to prevent surfaces from getting dirty or damaged. Just overall a very thorough and diligent process from start to finish. I would highly recommended AJ Waterproofing and most certainly would rehire them for any future business if needed."

"Waterproofing One did a great job. Steve came Thursday night to estimate the job and had it completed the next day. I could not ask for better service. Drywall needed to be patched, carpeting needed to be removed, and installation of foundation drains out front of our home were installed by two great workers. Work is guaranteed."

"The guys at Emerald Concrete did a great job with my new patio. They were so polite and professional, and worked with me to keep the project on schedule despite the recent spotty weather. Plus my patio looks great so there?s that as well! I can?t wait to recommend Ed and the rest of the crew at Emerald Concrete to all of my friends and family. "

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Excellent job! 3rd time using DiMaria Masonry. Bricks twice, once for pointing and once for repair of someone else’s work and once for my Chimney. Would Definitely refer them. On time, professional, and excellent work! Honest, up front and fair."
