Their estimator, Rick, did a great job in providing ideas and advice on fence location. Their office staff were always helpful and efficient in scheduling the work. Most important their installers, Ray and Sean, did a superb job in assuring a perfect installation. Our property was challenging with a steep hill but our fence was well placed and securely installed. They worked quickly, efficiently and were just terrific to deal with. "Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

I called other companies such as 'Pet Boundaries' and 'Invisible Fence' and they were both almost double the price for practically the same system. I felt they were trying to rip me off. Lou however was the only reasonable priced dog fence installer in my opinion. Lou was also knowledgeable about pets in general and especially the product. When comparing Dog Fence Rehab's services to other companies such as Pet Boundary, it was exactly the same. Installed and rechargeable dog collars etc., invisible fence, and lessons for your pets included. I just couldn't figure out why other companies such as Invisible Fence wanted to charge so much more? "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

"The installation team was courteous and professional. They connected the back fence to a split rail fence on one side and a chain-link fence on the other while working around several trees on and near the property line. The subtle adjustments around the trees looks amazing. Two sections of fence connect the back corners of the house to the neighbors' fences with a single gate on one side and a double gate on the other. Both gates operate very smoothly and the wire mesh fence was installed almost touching the ground so as to keep the dog safely contained in the yard. We are very pleased with the project."

"I first engaged Tony in 2012 at my former home when a squirrel got into my building.  I should note that it is a 3-story building and the squirrels are entering the building through the roof.  His staff person had to set traps in my apartment and ultimately trapped the intruder.  They identified both the internal and external sources of entry for the squirrels and sealed them. 
Unfortunately, I am dealing with some very aggressive squirrels who keep creating ways to get into the building.  I called Tony during the one year entry period and he immediately went out to identify and repair the new locations with no additional charge.  Each winter it seems that the squirrels find new ways to get in to prepare for the colder weather.  Most recently, I called Tony after the noise sparked up again and he identified new entry points where the squirrels had worked there way through this time.  He took pictures and advised me to have a contractor replace the wood in an area where water damaged had made it easier to penetrate.  In the interim, he set traps to help remove the squirrels and has stayed in constant communication regarding progress and to assess effectiveness of the traps.
Tony is always professional, understanding, and quick to address the problem.  I appreciate his diligence and expertise in addressing the matter as well as his ease of facilitating payment.  I have learned a lot about these not so cute animals and their ability to exploit any weakness in your property to get in.  With Tony's help, I feel good about getting the building secure and appreciate his fairness in pricing and commitment to his work and guarantee!
