After working with the owner to get documentation on the project, we discovered that they marked up the purchased materials by 50%. The owner stated they generally mark up between 40 and 55%, and they always let the customer know that before starting in case they want to get the materials themselves. They did not offer that as an alternative. Also, they painted the new doors with the hardware already on and got paint all over the hardware and the walls surrounding the door frames. They also tried to charge for materials they didn't even use. After speaking to the owner, he agreed to lower the markup to 30%, and had the technician come back to clean the paint off the door hardware, but there were still paint overruns onto the surrounding walls."

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."
