He reviewed my design sketch, made a suggestion for one minor change and provided fixed price quote for the agreed upon design. My county requires a specific footer for buildings. Rich dug the footer in the time he promised and, immediately after county approval, contacted me to schedule the pour. There was rain on and off during the timeframe for scheduling the pour. Rich communicated daily to let me know if rain impacted the pour date. In the end, the pad was poured on the date promised and I couldn't be happier with the results. "I really liked this company. They were polite and worked extremely hard for 12 hours straight to get the job completed. A job well done. They could have cleaned up some small left over concrete a little better . They asked for cash payment about 3 in the afternoon which surprised us as we had planned to write a check. We had to rush to the bank to get $3500.00 cash before they closed. They just need to let the client know in advance. We did not pay anything until the job was completed."
