They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property.
