"Every part of our dealing with Window Nation was great. From the product quality, initial contact at Cleveland’s Home and Garden show to the sales appointment and through the install. All the reps we dealt with were informative, professional and courteous. The install of 10 windows, including a picture window that replaced 2 standard side by side windows, went without a problem. "This was a large project. They quickly and efficiently completed the job in the time frame originally given, even with unexpected additions. Anna and co. came in after another company had completely bailed on us, went above and beyond to get our primary living areas done asap. Then worked tirelessly to complete the rest of house and basement in a very short period of time. This was hard work- some 2 story interiors, texture removal, wallpaper removal, tough mural /sicker removal. Lots of holes filled, sanding, skimming and more scraping and sanding! It was nasty work and they did a great job containing the mess, protecting all surfaces and clean up. Very accommodating when when some colors changed! My husband and I have painting experience and I know I’m fairly picky, and Anna didn’t mind at all. Happily addressed areas that I asked about. Well worth the money. Also- we dealt with Anna from start to finish. No subcontractors where the company owner has no idea what the contractor or painters are doing. Anna came out for the quote, and she was there every day. Highly recommend, and I plan to use them again."
