He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Another contractor gave me an estimate of $1400 just fort he rake siding.) <br /> They did spot a divot on the porch roof, but they dont do asphalt shingles. <br /> They also traveled each of the 2 project days from Pennsylvania to Cleveland, Ohio. "<p>We had a very bad communication problem.   I gave him a $600.00 deposit and he never got back to me except to tell me he would be there on Saturday(three Saturdays in a row) which he never showed.  He said he was having phone problems.  When he finally came his work was great.  He did everything I needed done and a little more. He dose very good work and I was very  happy with the results.  I think after this he will be better with his customer communication skills</p> <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"I had this company in 2010 to mtce the furnace and they came to the house and the man said he did not know that I had oil heat and did not have parts to mtce the oil furnace so he had to come back, but he noticed that my flue pipe was not in good shape and would have to be replaced, he came two weeks later and did what he had to do, replaced the flue and changed the filters, but did not vacumn the furnace. I got a bill for $367.00. asked why so high and was old there was two house calls. I complained that that was not my fault so they cut the bill down to $215.00. <br />"

One screw was missing, when unpacked. The company supplied it in a subsequent mailing upon request. They said the part could also be obtained at any hardware store."
