"I used Foundation One to lift my drive way in my recently purchased house. It had sunken enough that I was unable to pull into the garage. Josh and his partner came out for two days and lifted the concrete of the driveway, the sidewalk, and the porch and now it looks great. It was a good price too. I would recommend them in the future."

"Showed up, did work at what seemed a reasonable price. Waiting for first thaw and/or major rain to test work done in repairing leak in basement wall.

"The repair went well. I had the classic front stoop with a portico on top that was supported by foundation wings instead of a wall so the stoop pulled away from the house. The wings are not strong enough to support that much weight. In my opinion, the builder should have installed full foundation walls under the porch to support the porch, steps and attached sidewalk properly. The pulling away of the stoop was actually a drop or lever inside the wall resulting in a half moon crack in the basement wall that surrounded the outside steps. Pro Foundation piered the steps, in 5 degree weather which was impressive, and sealed the cracks inside the basement wall. Another company wanted to install 5 piers inside the basement to straighten it up but I chose not to due to cost, the visual aspect of having support beams and time."

"John came out and price it up (the second time in two years). When I asked about a time frame to do the work he was several weeks out which was fine by me. Paid my 50% deposit. A week or so later he said he had an opening and they were over ripping everything out and got all the demo done, the patio formed and re-bar installed. This was a Friday. Saturday they were back and poured the concrete, did all the stamping, and staining, expansion joints, and put in the border. Sunday they were back to pressure wash and seal it all and were done.
I had gotten 3 prices and he was the lowest by a couple of grand. He had good references and reviews on Angie's list so I went with him.
I needed him to come out about 6 months later to fix a chip (caused by me) and he did at no charge. We are very happy with it. A hot tub sits on one end and I've not seen any cracks
We've been very happy with it.

"We aren't completely done with the remodel but I'm getting off Angie's List and wanted to give a review for Done Right before doing so. We gutted our master bathroom (10x12). A custom shower is being built, a free-standing tub will go in, knockdown on the ceiling, new vanity, lights, plumbing, flooring, toilet. It is a huge job. As with any contractor there are pros and cons. I will try to list them as best I can.
Pros: We were about to give up hope of finding a good contractor until we found Shawn (owner). By then we had an exact idea of what we wanted the final product to be. He walked through it with us and was very detailed. He submitted a bid and we found it reasonable. Other contractors were outrageously high or so low that their bids didn't make sense either. I was able to go to several of his projects to preview his work and was very impressed with his attention to detail. Tile work is his specialty although he does a lot of other work himself (not plumbing or drywall). He subs out other jobs. His knowledge of remodeling is extensive. He has foreseen some logistical issues and given alternatives. He also is very good at helping find suppliers. He has relationships with cabinet, tile, plumbing manufacturers as well as anything else you need during remodeling. Because of those relationships, he can get contractor discounts. He has always come to me to discuss things when there is any doubt or options I should consider. The work he's done so far has been top notch. He is also extremely friendly and trustworthy. He has a key to my home. A few misc. things - he donates as much as possible to Habitat for Humanity so we can have a tax deduction. He lets us do as much work as we want to save money. When we tore out the bathroom he explained things to be careful of beforehand for our safety. His bid is listed item by item, labor and materials, so you know every detail of what you're paying for.
Cons: The biggest con we have are delays. The most problematic one was that the tile we ordered is on back order. That wouldn't have been a problem except he started our project anyway so our two to three week project isn't done and it's been a couple months. While he's detail oriented, he also seems to have too many irons in the fire or something at least when it comes to ordering things. Sometimes he says he is coming and something comes up. I have a feeling that's pretty common practice among all contractors though. It's hard to write something bad about a guy that overall is really, really good at what he does...just not on time.
Overall, we are happy with Shawn's work. While the delays have been incredibly frustrating and annoying I am confident that his final result will be worth the wait. I was able to get exactly what I wanted in this remodel. His pricing is reasonable but his quality exceptional. My suggestion if you choose Shawn is for you to take more control over the timing - you make sure all items needed are ready to go before he starts. I guarantee if you look at his work you will definitely see quality others don't have."

"They arrived early and started work on leveling the front and back yard with two loads of good MO farm soil. Removed two trenches on the east and west side of the house caused by rushing water. Raked the yard front and back and two side yards to incorporate new soil and make everything smooth and flat and level. Covered bare sweet gum maple roots. Removed all ruts and shallow holes in back yard creating a smooth flat surface the grandkids can play on. Seeded with quality, Kentucky Best grass seed and laid a layer of straw for protection. Cleaned off asphalt driveway cracks filled with weeds and debris. Sealed cracks in old asphalt (2.5 car) driveway. A layer of new asphalt was added for a smooth black clean surface. Cleaned off the curb on the street side of grass and weed debris. Installed drainage system to include 4 French drains using gravel line ditched, used drainage pipe from each corner end of the house which fed water underground and to the street. They also removed 11 Shepherd’s hooks which had hanging flowers and bird feeding stations to move the dirt and level the yard with heavy equipment. The bird feeding stations I could were deep in hard dry soil and the descendants of Roman gods made quick work of sheperds hooks and bird fountains. Now we can put them back once we have grass growing. Yes, we thought their price was higher than previous quotes from others. But we have been waiting a year plus to get this done and no one could get to it till January 2023. They were well recommended and completed the work in 7 hours with a great team of hard-working, very polite, and skilled young men."

"Kevin and his crew was very professional and friendly. Everything they said they would do on the bid he accomplished. We hired him to remove an existing patio, pour a new one more then double the size & do the stamped concrete. We have received tons of compliments on the finished product. I would highly recommend hiring him for any of your concrete needs. You will not be disappointed."
