"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

"Stay away from Tony and Watershield LLC. I am incredibly disappointed in the recent services and customer service I have received from Tony with Water Shield LLC. Tony has completed 3 projects on my home: roof, gutters, and now siding. He did a great job on the roof and gutters hence why I used him for my siding, but the siding has some issues which need to be addressed. I recommended Tony highly to neighbors who have used him and have given him a lot of business, now that I need him to come back to discuss some of the concerns I have he is not responding to my texts, calls, or emails. I am very concerned of this lack of communication, the quality work, and utter lack of professionalism. Stay away. "

"This was an extremely disappointing experience. The sales team and production coordinator demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. The sales representatives made promises they should not have and submitted incorrect work orders, which resulted in a crew arriving on-site without the proper knowledge, tools, or materials to complete the job. The production coordinator, instead of resolving the issue, appeared more focused on flexing authority than serving the customer?ultimately making the situation worse. In the end, their actions forced the project manager to spend unnecessary time and energy just to ensure Home ?Genius? met their contractual obligations. For that, I give credit to Jonathan, and I am deeply appreciative of the installation team for their hard work. Recommendation: Consumers should avoid using Home ?Genius.? If I could rate them lower than one star, I would."
