"I actually schedule this service on November the 30th.  I emailed this company on Dec. 1, to see when they were going to come.  He originally said he would be there the next day.  Then he emailed me and said they had actually come on Nov. 23.  They left me no notice that they had been there and I had no way of seeing whether the work had really been done.  I scheduled it on the 30th for a reason, not the week before.  I would have appreciated a heads up and some kind of notice (email or a door hanger) that they had been there."
