We've dealt with many contractors over the years and I must say working with Joe was one of our more pleasant experiences. Joe, the owner, actually is on site doing the work with his crew, so that's also helpful. We're thrilled with the work Joe and his crew did, but we especially enjoyed Joe's commitment level and managing our expectations. Right up front, he gave us an estimate on when he thought he could do the job and how long it would take. Then every week or so he checked back in with a firmer date and came to start the job and finished it the next day, when he promised. Many contractors don't live up to their commitments or they start the job, go off and do other jobs, then come back to your project, which extends the timeline. We also like to support local small businesses, which Joe is. As far as price goes, we had 3 estimates and all were about the same.
