"Jack's initial communication was great. We scheduled to replace my basement flooring after a water heater flooding. I bought all of the materials for the flooring. Jack had his team replace and install bamboo flooring. They did a great job with everything. In my closet, it looks like we ran out of wood. So I had to reorder one more box of wood. A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job."

"I had all my hardwood floors in my two-story center-hall 1949 colonial home refinished and repaired, and stained to a beautiful dark espresso color. This was a huge job, we had to do it in two stages while I was out of the country. Julio worked with me for a number of days before I left to get exactly the right stain "recipe" and he applied it to a small test room so I could make sure I was happy. While I was gone, Julio and his crew removed all the furniture and did the downstairs floors and most of the upstairs floors, saving two of the bedrooms for the next stage of the job. Their work was impeccable: the floors were banished to a lovely glow, and repair work was done so seamlessly that it was undetectable. Dust was kept to an absolute minimum, and there was no staining of my baseboards or walls. A month later I was leaving the country again and they came in and finish the remaining rooms, again masterfully. Their work was so artful that it changed and upgraded my entire home."

They did my 1st and 2nd floors on 2 different occasions ( do to my home revo delays). On my 1st floor they placed new hardwood to match the dining/ living area then refinished the whole area. "Rich, company owner, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled the evaluation for a few days later. His estimate was fair and more affordable than 2 other estimates I had previously gotten from other floor refinishing companies. We scheduled a date for the job to be done 2 weeks later. Rich was a good communicator & answered my questions I had leading up to the job, via emails/texts. Alex (contractor) actually did the floor refinishing, alone & he did a fabulous job refinishing our dining room, living room & 2 closets. The floors are old, white oak and now have new life breathed into them! A hole in one of the closet floors needed to be patched and he did that job very well too. Alex worked 8 hour days and left the house tidy & with as little dust as possible. We would definitely recommend RM Krol Flooring to friends and family who are looking to have their wood floors refinished."
