"Fantastic--Alex is prompt and does excellent work. I had all of the very old window screens in my home replaced, including one screen that needed to be made from scratch due to a bent frame. A few years ago, Alex made a new frame for a screened patio door with great results, so I asked him to redo the screens on the windows this year. Alex arrived promptly, removed the window screens, replaced the screens, made a new frame and screen for one window, and then put the window screens back in. He worked efficiently, is friendly, and his price was more than reasonable. The project schedule --considering the difficult wet landscape season, still ran smooth as fresh concrete. The parking structure around the property was in desperate need of restructuring. We had various drainage issues, and a completely deteriorated and troublesome parking lot, which was posing a threat to the foundation of the 100-year-old building. <br /> The general manager met with me on several occasions and I noticed him additional times on the property surveying logistics. I'll just say that he's the type of person that ensures quality, workmanship, and service. I feel confident that I would not have found a better company for the project because of the overall value I knew we received, (see the pictures). "Overall things went well. The price was good and Barack was easy to contact and to communicate with. We had a deck that hadn't been treated in years and so required extensive cleaning before sealing. Barak and his team put in a lot of hours (four days) to make things look nice. <br /> It wasn't until after Barak was done that we realized our deck probably needed more than just a cleaning and resealing to make it look truly good again. Next time I think we will pay more to have the deck sanded before it is sealed. Also, if your pergola is next to any windows, you may want to consider paying extra to have someone paint the sealer on the pergola rather than spray it on. There was a lot of overspray on the windows (despite extraordinary effort from the crew to contain it), and getting sealer off of windows is very difficult. (Try "Simply Green" concentrated spray to soften the spots and then SCRUB). <br /> To conclude, Barak and his team did what they said they would do, at a very reasonable price. It isn't his fault that we didn't realize we wanted more, until after the job was done. <br />"
