"The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. I thought the price was fair. The quality was very good. It was just 1 person and it took between 7 and 8 hours. He cleaned up everything, swept everything, as a matter of fact, I had to tell him to stop, that I would finish up. 

In my opinion, the best thing he did was the actual repairing the wall, recaulking the wall. He had to recaulk it a couple of times. Then he sanded it in between. He couldn't sand the last time because it was still wet, so I did that.
