They removed the 2 old hot water tanks that were in the basement, reconfigured the plumbing to tie everything together into 1 system, replaced a lot of shoddy plumbing done by previous homeowners, and installed a tank-less water heater. They completed the work the same day. There were no significant, unpleasant surprises. The work was completed 10 months ago, and there hasn't been an issue since."
