One emergency occurred on a weekend; the other took place on a holiday when Whittier was not open. In both instances they responded to my phone call and had someone on site and dealing with the problem as quickly as I could have hoped. Adam has worked in the roofing and siding business for almost 20 years, and Nate has been flipping houses/buying rental property for almost 10 years. "We came to our home to fix a washer. We told him what was wrong and what was needed and he came to fix it. We thought he was going to fix it that day, but he said that this was a diagnostic appointment. Which is fine so we paid him $165 and he was to come back that week to fix it with the part. He never showed back up. He never returned our call or message."
