"I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent job done by Christian Brothers. The floors are gorgeous. I chose Christian Brothers because of excellent Angie's List reviews and also because they refinished a local church's floors. The very knowledgeable & friendly Bruce Donahue did the initial consult. I wanted him to use Poly Whey, which is a low VOC, no smell product, instead of the usual water or oil-based poly. He was very open to trying this, and even told me the hardware store where I could find some to check it out. And I was delighted that not only was the satin finish gorgeous, there was no smell from the PolyWhey when they were finished, unlike previous smelly experiences with urethanes. The workers did an absolutely fantastic, professional, amazing job including detailed sanding around the steam radiators. His lovely son Brian called me regularly with progress reports, which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Also, he had some cracked oak floor planks beautifully replaced. My floors look gorgeous and I know I will enjoy them for years. The only little issue was that when the workers pulled down the protective plastic sheeting they had blue-taped around the kitchen, several inches of ceiling paint came off with it. But, since I am planning to re-paint all the interior anyway, this is not a big deal. I recommend Christian Brothers wholeheartedly!"

"Excellent. They had special crews for each stage of the project. When sanding the floors, they masked all the areas to prevent dust getting on the walls and other counter areas .They used special vacuums that had Hepa filter dust bags. They applied 3 coats to the floor in a timely manner making sure each coat was completely dry. The floors look great. I would definitely recommend N.E.Floors."

"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"

"It was a very difficult removal of a flagstone hallway and replacement with hardwood flooring. Did a great job. Very communicative and punctual throughout the job. Will use then again for other remodel projects"
