"the biggest problem was the customer service rep who sold us a contract for fence repair. after 3 months and no work was done or no feedback from rep. we call main office and explain problem. the office had to order the lumber needed. within 4 days project was done. once work started it went well. the fence looks good. the customer rep we had was useless and was no help. he should find another job. bad experience with the customer rep."

"Great, very detail oriented, professional, and punctual. I loved the work he did, it was an amazing job on my wooden fence."

"SP Fence installed my front and side fence. They quoted me a great price and, more importantly, they spent a lot of extra time making sure they got it just right, and the quality surpassed my expectations. I am picky, and this company delivers."

"Professional work with quality. Took care of approvals. Cost effective and timely manner. He did another project for replacing chimney wood replacement and brought required machinery to perform the job. I will recommend to all for carpenters needs."

"Worked with Luis (sales) and they removed old cedar fence damaged by a storm. Replaced with a pre-stained new cedar fence and built a custom gate to go with it. Crew on site was great and could not be happier. We received compliments all the time."

"Americana did excellent job installing our fence. Our sales representative was Mike Joudeh and he was very honest and caring. The girls in the office were amazing as well as our installation team. From beginning to ending everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Americana to anybody who needs a fence . Great job."

"From the office staff to the owner to the installation technicians, this was a very pleasant experience!  Rob gave us a quote, took care of the permits and had his technicians build the fence in less time than he quoted!  Some of my landscaping was outside of my property line and Rob arrived to help remove it swiftly and professionally.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Thanks everyone!

"Robert and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from the beginning Robert was thorough; he took his time and explained the whole process to us from discussing the type of materials and grade of product they use to how the fence should be installed and how the finished product would look. By far they have the best warranty policy of all the companies we consulted. The entire process was easy, and we felt completely confident with Robert and his team. The end product is beautiful and Robert encourages calls if there's any issues or questions. I would recommend Northwest Fence to anyone looking for a quality product at a great price."
