He was extremely patient with answering questions and responding to our emails with design changes. When the work started the team was extremely thorough and took their time explaining all the steps in the process of removing our old cedar deck and preparing and installing our new paver patio. "Pre-work communications with Handyman Pros was good, and the work estimate was done professionally and communicted clearly to us. The work was carried out efficiently, quickly, and with no residual mess of any type. The cost was the same as estimated, and the work was done on schedule. We had initially thought that we might need the panelling replaced, but, confirming the estimate, Ken was able to trim the piece down (without totally removing it), and then attached it to the wall so that it should not be a problem again in the future. The installation of the handrails also went smoothly, and Ken was careful to check that they were sturdily mounted on the walls. We were very pleased with Ken's work ethic, and his conscientious concern for getting the jobs done quickly and correctly.
