"Our appointment was for between 8am and 9am. By 11:00am, they were no show and no call. Justin returned my call within an hour. He explained the delay and apologized for not letting me know about the delay.  He checked the status of the crew scheduled for our house and we agreed to a new time that afternoon.  The 2-man team arrived on time and started to work right away. Justin also came to our home to check on the status and knocked on the door to introduce himself. The clean-up work was completed efficiently.  I requested estimates for 2 additional types of service to follow in April and May.
