He ended up saying he would repair the knobs and it wouldnstop leaking for free because of how he worded his quote. He pulls them knobs off and comes to me and says they are so old and wont go back on. I now have to pay $600 to replace the knob/showerhead system. I am left with no choice since he had taken it off and said it would not go back."
