They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise. Our structural engineer, who we hired separately, noted the good work that he did and that he wasn’t cutting corners or anything in ways that contractors can pretty easily. We felt good and safe having them around the house for weeks on end. We’ve got 4 little kids and they were so sweet to always chat with the kids and everything. They are trustworthy guys. Also flexible to work with us as we wanted to do portions of the project to save money, and Avery was great about that. Even willing to teach us parts we wanted to do. Definitely recommend!!"

"I had owned Deckmasters, a local deck/addition/sunroom company, so I understand well what is needed for a construction business to have happy customers. Mastercraft is approaching the mark, but it can improve in a few ways. There is one main accolade that I can provide without hesitation. The company and the two workers listen to the customer as the job is progressing and are more than willing to make any changes requested without hesitation. Another complement would be that the quality of the work is very good. I cannot in good conscience, however, provide a five star review. Primarily, this is due to a lack of project management by the owner, and jobsite cleanliness and organization by the workers. To some extent, I must share some of the blame for a messy jobsite. A dumpster was not necessary, but the lead contractor only removed waste on a trailer twice over a two week project. This, in the wintertime, leads to a messy garage. I would have appreciated more oversight by the owner."

"I started working with Jim Seibert of Trademark Cabinet Company this summer in preparation for a significant kitchen overhaul in my townhouse. From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs.
