The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

They replaced my cabinets; kitchen flooring; countertops and sink/faucet. They added a backsplash and installed a dishwasher. I had the range installed by the appliance supplier because it was a range with a down draft fan that required special installation and duct modification. Even though the experience was trying, eating pizzas and fast food for 2 1/2 weeks, the people at SemBro made it as easy as possible. They cleaned up every night and made as little disruption as possible. I would give them my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Appointment was changed by Mr. Appliance, then he arrived much later than the time frame given. On arrival, repair person pushed buttons on panel numerous times.... something I had already tried. I told him in detail what I had experienced sofar & it didn't work. He took the baseboard panel off, looked underneath & "supposedly fixed" the problem. He said he wouldn't run a full cycle because it would take an hour. He then left. I proceeded to load a few dishes into the dishwasher and then tried to run is as usual. Well . . . NOTHING WORKED! He did NOT fix the problem! I called the company & was told it would be discussed with her boss & they would call me back. Never heard from them again & I stopped payment on my check."
