You are given a 4 hour window, and the phone call is usually half an hour in advance of their arrival time. I was happy with the service provided, this is my 3rd time to use Mr Rooter Plumbing Services. And discount is given from a decal on yellow pages phone book."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"Dublin Plumbing just completed a remodel of my master bathroom and did a wonderful job! 
The workmanship is as good as it gets and I finally got the bathroom of my dreams in our new Columbus house. 
We were so pleased with his work we asked him to install a new tankless water heater system for us at the same time (he'd diagnosed our old tank unit as being almost ready to fail due to a leak from the bottom of the tank) which runs flawlessly and is so much better than the old unit.

Jim was professional, straight-forward and prompt. He did exactly what he said he would and delivered everything we hoped he would. He went the extra mile for us by throwing in a little extra plumbing at no extra cost when he'd spotted the bad job our previous contractor had done on old water heater, which was really nice.

"Very personable fellow, first impressions upon meeting Gary was that he was trustworthy, experienced, knowledgable and fair. We have not received our quote yet as it has been less than a day later. He did state a well known reputable electrician that he works with on any electrical repairs. We had heard of that company name and recognized it's quality. If his price is right we have no ill feelings about his ability to complete the work. Also if anyone is interested he has experience with our type of mortgage loan for FHA 203k which pays for repairs as part of the mortgage and requires special things like liability insurance and lots of paper work.

"They were just a little late, but not bad for contractors who are notorious for not being punctual.  The plumbers were nice but had "hygiene problems" and even though they put booties on, there was still clumps of dried mud in the rooms they walked through,  No damage was caused by the clumps,, just swept them up.   I was VERY glad they didn't try to "up-sell" me or to fix things that didn't need fixing.  It was one of Angies Big Deal Promotions.

I was very impressed to see how fast she finished the job. She was a very nice and personable young lady. I will absolutely use T and L again."

"Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"

Kevin Queen and his crew went to work patching, putting in new drywall where necessary, painted. And remodeling the kitchen. They restored our condo to better than it was when we rented it. They did so within the time allotted. I especially appreciated their eye for detail and their ability to work quickly within a budget. The price was more than fair. I already plan on hiring Kevin for some painting and remodeling in my home. Highly recommend!"
